PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can pay by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron or Amercian Express.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Please note that we will be unable to change from a residential address to a business address once the order has been dispatched.
You can also pay by PayPal. Continue through the checkout process as normal, and simply select PayPal in the checkout, where you will be directed to PayPal to complete your order.
CREDIT CARD VALIDATION
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will notify you by email and not dispatch the order.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme.
At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.
3D SECURE
3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating online transactions.
Once you've registered and created your 3D Secure password you will be automatically prompted by your card issuer to type in your password each time you make a purchase at participating online stores like ours (rather like entering your PIN when you make a purchase in a shop). This code will be quickly confirmed by your card issuer to complete your purchase.
Correctly entering your 3D Secure password during a purchase confirms that you are the authorised cardholder. If an incorrect code is entered, the purchase will not be completed. Even if someone knows your credit or debit card number, the purchase cannot be completed without your code.
