UK orders up to the value of £150 can be delivered for £4.95 using our standard delivery service, which takes between 2 and 4 working days.

Next day UK delivery is available for all orders received before 7pm on weekdays and 5pm at weekends. Orders over £150 are FREE and costs £5.95 for orders under £150.

Orders for European countries will usually be delivered in 2 to 5 working days.

Orders for the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand will be usually delivered in 2 to 5 working days.

Your bike will be delivered in a large box which approximately measures: 140mm x 80mm x 20mm

Bikes are delivered partially built, we strongly recommend that a qualified bike mechanic complete the bike build. Seat post, handle bars, peddles and front wheel need to be correctly fitted, spokes need to be checked and wheels trued. Incorrect assembly can potentially void warranty.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

We will try our best to delivery within the following timescales:

United Kingdom, 2-3 working days

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order with your tracking link. With the exception of pre-orders, tracking links will be generated and emailed when your order is ready to leave the warehouse.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Please inform us of your special delivery instruction, for example, if no one is going to be present to accept delivery of your goods.

You can return or exchange any goods bought from the website. You have 14 days of receiving your item to tell us of your intention to return your item. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

We recommend using Royal Mail Returns service. You can drop your return off at one of over 11,000 Post Offices nationwide and FREE OF CHARGE. A return label will be included with your order.

For international returns, we recommend using Airmail for a quick return.

At Foffa Bikes our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please notify us straight away.

Orders cancelled before they have left our warehouse for delivery will be fully refunded.

Your consumer rights dictate that you have 14 days from receiving your goods to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us via email, phone or livechat but do not return the bike until we have authorised the return. You then have another 14 days to return your order which must be in the same un-used, un-altered condition and secure packaging as per its delivery.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel.

We are happy to arrange collection; the cost of collection will be deducted from your refund plus a £10 administration fee.

We will accept returns of non-sale goods within 30 days of un-used, un-altered products in the original packaging, unless the original packaging has been damaged or is considered unsafe or not able to successfully protect the goods. Refunds will be minus a 12% restocking fee.

If a returned item is received damaged due to negligent packaging any damage will be deducted from the customers refund.
